Well another week gone and not a whole lot to mention.  :)  I finished my RC Helicopter a 30 size Raptor and I think I'll try firing it up tonight.  Tomorrow is another day of house hunting.  This time there will be about 15 houses in the Broomfield area.

I'll try to post if I lop my arm off tonight.  :)

Just a quick note since it's been so long.  It sucks not having high speed access at home.  There are a bunch of things I'd like to look at that I can't really do from work.

On another note, I took the last pay check from C-COR and turned it into a 30 size Nitro RC Helicopter and a new 9 channel radio.  :)  It's all built and I'm now in the process of setting up the servos and controls.  Maybe I'll fire it up this weekend.  :)

Well I've been at the new job about a week or so and so far I like it a lot.  It will get better as I learn the products a little more and actually become a little more useful though.

I can't really believe how far my old company was behind the curve.  They have to know though.  Oh well not my problem anymore.  :)

I've got to have someone come in and do some drainage work in the crawl space of my old house.  I don't think I really need to as it met code when the place was built and passed an FHA inspection but what can I really do about it?  Nothing really if I want to sell it I guess. Chin up and keep looking for a new place in Arvada or Westminster.

Every two years a pilot needs to pass a flight review.  Doesn't matter how much a person flies they still need to spend an hour of ground training and an hour of training in the air with an instructor.

All the ground stuff went really well. I couldn't believe how it all came right back to me since after the check ride I've done pretty much everything on the computer with flight planning software and spread sheets.

The air work took a little longer.  Not because of me but the because of the afternoon thunder storms we have around here in the afternoon.  After two attempts I was finally able to get up in the air and have a go.  I was a little rusty and I could definatly use some practice but all in all I think I didn't do to bad.  The CFI was impressed enough to sign me off though and that's all that matters.

Next to get checked out in the Diamond DA20-C1.
