Evidently Cirrus General Aviation planes are having a problem with their brakes.  Of course it's Pilot error.   Also of course I would read about it first on law.harvard.com website.  It looks like he is a fellow Pilot so I'll give him the benefit of doubt. Philip Greenspun makes a good point about the placement of the parking brake.  I learned to fly in a Cessna 172SP and it was pretty hard to miss the parking brake.

I still wouldn't mind owning an SR20 though.  Promise I'll check the brake.  :) 

My buddy Curtis just mentioned to me who Philip Greenspun is.  I would like to be this guy.  :)  And not only for the Cirrus SR20.
