Every two years a pilot needs to pass a flight review. Doesn't matter how much a person flies they still need to spend an hour of ground training and an hour of training in the air with an instructor.
All the ground stuff went really well. I couldn't believe how it all came right back to me since after the check ride I've done pretty much everything on the computer with flight planning software and spread sheets.
The air work took a little longer. Not because of me but the because of the afternoon thunder storms we have around here in the afternoon. After two attempts I was finally able to get up in the air and have a go. I was a little rusty and I could definatly use some practice but all in all I think I didn't do to bad. The CFI was impressed enough to sign me off though and that's all that matters.
Next to get checked out in the Diamond DA20-C1.
